Tooth Whitening
Tooth whitening or bleaching can transform a smile without the dentist having to remove any of the tooth surface. Teeth can be dark, stained or dulled by many different factors including ageing, tea, coffee, red wine and smoking amongst others.
This easy procedure is carried out by patients at home. Custom made trays and a professional low concentration gel will be provided, the results are achieved by placing the bleaching gel in the custom made trays and wearing them at night time for about 2 weeks.
We also have a “deep bleaching” treatment which is the same as the above but uses a higher concentration gel at the end of the two weeks, under the guidance of the dentist in the dental surgery. At the end of the two weeks there is more guarantee of a brighter end result with this method.
